Stormy Daniels, who claims to have had sex with the US president in 2006, has to repay Donald Trump $293,000 (€ 256,455.14) of litigation and attorney fees. That was ordered by California court on Tuesday. The sum is to cover 75 percent of Trump’s legal fees in a case in which Daniels had accused the President of defamation.
Lawyer: Daniels will not pay anything
Trump had been lying to her on Twitter when she complained that she had been threatened in a parking lot by a man in the Trump area then complained Daniels against Trump. Daniels’ lawyer Michael Avenatti announced in a text message to the broadcaster, there were more proceedings and his mandate would make no payments,because there are still much larger sums in the room.
